Our Infrastructure Engineering client in the transport sector requires a French speaking Highway Engineer with previous experience in Africa.

Description:
The expert proposed to be an engineer diploma in engineering or have equivalent of at least 8 years experience in the design and supervision of construction of tarred roads and reconstruction of surfaces (maintenance) including 4 years in tropical area, speaking and writing fluent French. It must be responsible as head of controlling and monitoring of road works at least a yard paved road in an amount greater than or equal to 5 million and another road in an amount greater than or equal 2 million.
A copy of diploma and a statement showing that the expert has such experience, citing the projects that enable it to fulfill these criteria (project name, country, dates, responsible government, and donors) are joining a Submission. It will be very sensitive to environmental problems can be caused by construction sites.

Must be able to speak French
