The US Embassy is soliciting quotes for the Residence and Office in Salak, Maroua from vendors, to provide high-end, professional grade dedicated (not shared) unlimited usage Internet Services.  The following specifications are requirements of the contract:
  1. Bandwidth = 2.0 Mbps (IN) and 2.0 Mbps (OUT) with unlimited usage. Services would be provided to the House and office located in Salak, Maroua.
  2. At least one static Public IP addresses for VPN equipment, network mask, and default gateway IP address.
  3. ISP Interface to customer equipment: RJ-45 with 10/100BaseT interface.
  4. ISP would provide all necessary equipment for the establishment and functioning of the link as well as the connection of customer equipment via an Ethernet 10/100Base T interface
  5. ISP Availability: "Always on".
  6. ISP Connection shall NOT use Network Address Translation (NAT).
  7. ISP shall permit all IP protocols (including but not limited to UDP, TCP, and IPSEC) to transit without filters or proxies. Unfiltered access to the Internet is required without any firewall blocking.
  8. ISP shall permit installation of customer VPN encryption devices on circuit.
  9. ISP shall permit Ping and trace route traffic from network monitoring devices on designated public IP addresses
  10. Service Level Agreement: Latency <= 100 ms, packet lost <= .1% and availability 99.9%
  11. Customer service: 24-hour, 7-days a week access to live customer service, with immediate response time.
Minimum requirements:
  1. Experience in providing Internet services to other international or “large” organizations.
  2. Possession of or the ability to obtain all permits, licenses, and appointments required for the work under this contract. 
  3. Adequate financial resources or the ability to obtain them.
We intend to conduct a pre-quotation conference onsite at 11:00 AM on SEPT 05, 2013 and all prospective quoters to attend. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted by e-mail toyaounde_procurement@state.gov . Quotes should be submitted not later than SEPT 13, 2013 at 10 am to the US Embassy in Yaounde.

The successful vendor will be required to deliver the containers to the United States Embassy office in Yaoundé. Quotes should be submitted not later than September 12, 2013 at 12:00 noon to the Procurement Office, U.S. Embassy Yaoundé or e-mailed to yaounde_procurement@state.gov . Our payment term is net 30.

The U.S. Embassy in Yaoundé is soliciting quotes from vendors, to provide Janitorial services at the CDC office, located on the second floor of the Standard Chartered building in Yaoundé.  
Minimum requirements:
  1. Experience in providing Janitorial services to other international or “large” organizations.
  2. Possession of or the ability to obtain all permits, licenses, and appointments required for the work under this contract. 
  3. Adequate financial resources or the ability to obtain them.
A pre-proposal conference will be conducted on Friday September 6, 2013 at 09:00 am at the CDC office.
Quotes should be submitted not later than September 27, 2013 to the Procurement Office, U.S. Embassy Yaoundé. Interested vendors should call 22 20 15 00 or email yaounde_procurement@state.gov for a complete scope of work.
All questions regarding this solicitation should be addressed to the Contracting Officer, no later than 09:00am on September 13, 2013.
The solicitation and award will be governed by laws and regulations of the United States of America. This requirement is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
