Request for Proposal number SCM80013R0001 – Motor Vehicles 

Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the PURCHASE OF MOTOR VEHICLES.  If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. 

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. 

Proposals are due by September, 30 2013 by 10 am GMT and should be submitted to the Procurement Office, U.S. Embassy Yaoundé or e-mailed to  yaounde_procurement@state.gov
