Printing Services For The US Embassy

This Request for Quotations is for printing services for the US Embassy in Yaounde. The successful Vendor will be required to print the most recent versions of the following Government of Cameroon documents:

1. Constitution of the Republic of Cameroon – 500 copies
2. Penal Code of the Republic of Cameroon – 300 copies
3. Criminal procedure code (of the Republic of Cameroon) – 300 copies
4. Labor code – 300 copies
5. Régime foncier et domanial du Cameroun – 300 copies
6. Code Cima – 300 copies

All questions or requests for clarification related to this RFQ must be made no later than 09:00 a.m. on Friday, September 20, 2011 in order that procurement staff may have sufficient time to respond. Quotes should be submitted not later than September 23, 2011 to the Procurement Office, U.S. Embassy Yaoundé or by e-mail to yaounde_procurement@state.gov.
