I wish to engage the services of a journalist/investigator in Nkongsamba, Cameroon to research my father's history in the Nkongsamba archives or from credible witnesses.
The "carrefour du Commissaire" in Nkongsamba is named after my father M. Etienne Kinkoue who was a "Secretaire de Police" assassinated in Nkongsamba in 1959.
He received the French Overseas Medal of Honor posthomously.
Legend also has it that he hired Cameroon's notorious Forchive in his first job.
I am will to pay up the equivalent of 100.000 Fcfa to any Nkongsamba based journalist/investigator who can get some information including pictures of my father for me.
